Privacy Policy

How your saved faces, searches, creations, and feedback are handled while you use KaomojiKit.

Information covered by this policy

This page explains the information handled by the current version of KaomojiKit. The site provides a text-face library, search, a generator, favorites, and a feedback form. It does not currently ask you to create an account or make a payment. Different features handle information in different places, so a saved face and a submitted feedback message should not be treated as the same kind of record.

You can contact KaomojiKit at contact@kaomojikit.com or through the feedback form. A submitted note is stored for review, and a receipt confirms acceptance rather than a promised reply. Optional analytics are currently off: no third-party measurement service is loaded. Browsing, copying, saving, and editing do not require those services or an account. Messages sent by email are handled separately from favorites saved on your device.

Favorites and recently copied entries

Your saved collection and recent-copy list are stored in this browser on this device. These features let you return to expressions without an account. They are separate from a central account profile and do not automatically synchronize to another phone, computer, or browser. Another browser profile can have an entirely different collection.

You can remove saved entries or clear the relevant list through the available controls. Clearing this site’s browser storage can also remove local information. Browser settings, private browsing, device resets, and cleanup tools may affect how long that information remains available. Anyone who can use the same unlocked browser profile may be able to view the collection, so local does not mean inaccessible to other people using your device.

Generator drafts and your own text

The generator can keep a working draft in the browser so you can return to an unfinished creation. That draft may contain the parts you chose, the arrangement you made, and words you typed into the editor. It is not an account-based backup, and it may be lost when the relevant browser storage is removed.

Avoid using the editor to store sensitive information. The tools are designed for expressions and short combinations, not for private records. When you copy a creation, you place its text on your device’s clipboard through the action you requested. The destination you choose for pasting then handles that text under its own settings and policies. KaomojiKit does not control those other apps.

Exported collections and shared creations

Exporting a collection creates a file that you choose to save. That file may contain your selected expressions and custom text. Once the file is saved, it is separate from the browser’s collection: removing an entry here does not delete earlier exports. You are responsible for where you store the file and whom you choose to share it with.

A generator share link can encode a creation so another person can open it. Treat the complete link as shareable content, not as a private storage location. Anyone with the link may be able to read, copy, or forward the creation. Check both the visible expression and any words you included before sharing. Browser history, copied links, messages, and screenshots can preserve a copy outside this site.

Search text and page addresses

A search can be carried in the page address when you open or share a results page. Loading that address sends the query as part of a request to this website. It may also remain in browser history or in a link you copy. For that reason, do not paste a private conversation or confidential information into search when a face or a short descriptive word will do.

No third-party measurement service loads on the search page. Search text, copied faces, and your creations are not sent as measurement details. That does not mean a search address never leaves your device: requesting the search page still sends its address to this site. Browser history and a link you choose to share are separate from optional measurement and may preserve the query.

Feedback you choose to submit

The feedback form sends your selected topic, message, the page you are discussing, and any contact detail you choose to provide to KaomojiKit for storage and review. Unlike a favorite stored only in your browser, a submitted message becomes a separate record held by the site. Include only details that help explain the issue and leave out private conversations. Email sent to contact@kaomojikit.com is also stored for handling your request.

Submitting the form does not automatically send you an email or guarantee a reply. Please include only what is needed to explain the issue. Do not submit passwords, access tokens, payment information, private conversation transcripts, or unrelated details about another person. A broken text face can usually be demonstrated with the exact expression and a harmless sample sentence. If you provide an email address, it may be used to respond to your feedback.

Clearing browser storage does not delete feedback already submitted. Feedback records are normally retained for up to 180 days, with automated cleanup after expiry; short-term abuse-prevention records expire after seven days. Cleanup can occur after expiry rather than at the exact moment a period ends. If you have a concern about a submission, contact contact@kaomojikit.com with its reference and minimal identifying details. A guaranteed response time is not offered.

Optional measurement services

Optional measurement integrations include Plausible, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Ahrefs. None is currently enabled. If an optional integration is enabled later, it is restricted to informational pages: the guides, About, Privacy, and Terms. The home page, collections, category directory, symbols, search, favorites, generator, and contact form do not load these optional services. Their use and the available choices will be reflected in this policy when the configuration changes.

The restriction keeps third-party measurement away from the places where you search, edit, manage a collection, or submit feedback. It also means that copying a face in a collection or editing a creation is not currently sent to a measurement provider. On an eligible informational page, an enabled service could measure visits or interactions with public examples. The site does not attach your raw search query, copied expression, or personal creation text to those measurements.

An informational page also skips optional measurement when its address contains a query or fragment, or when the referring address may contain private tool information. These precautions do not make a shared address private. Provider behavior can depend on the particular service and settings, including cookies or interaction recording where applicable. Browser storage for favorites and submitted feedback are separate features; refusing optional measurement does not delete either of them.

Information involved in ordinary requests

Cloudflare hosts the site and protects the feedback form with Turnstile. Page and form requests can expose the requested address, basic browser information, connection information, and network address to the services handling them. Turnstile processes information needed to distinguish legitimate requests from automated abuse. Feedback rate limits use a protected hash derived from network information; the application does not store a plain network address in its feedback records. Operational protection is separate from optional analytics.

This page does not promise that all activity remains on your device. Favorites and drafts are browser-local features, but page requests and submitted feedback have different paths. Avoid putting sensitive information in addresses, searches, or feedback simply because the site has no login. The absence of an account does not remove the ordinary information involved in a web request.

Your practical choices

You can browse without building a saved collection, remove individual favorites, clear local lists, or delete this site’s browser data. Export before clearing if you want to keep a copy. You can choose not to submit feedback, leave unnecessary personal details out of a message, and inspect a search or creation link before sharing it.

Your browser also provides controls for site data, clipboard permissions, and other web features. Those controls may affect convenience: denying an automatic copy action can require manual selection, and clearing local storage can remove a draft. Use the options that suit your needs, with the understanding that files and links already shared elsewhere remain outside these local controls.

Questions and changes

If this description does not match something you observe, report the feature and the behavior through the contact page. A focused question about a saved list, a search address, or a feedback submission is easier to investigate than a general assumption about the whole site. Do not include sensitive information merely to ask how it would be handled.

This policy describes the present site and should be reviewed when features, providers, or contact arrangements change. Check the published version before relying on an older description, especially if a new feature asks for information you have not previously supplied. You can raise questions through the contact form or by emailing contact@kaomojikit.com. Include a clear description of your concern without sending sensitive information just to ask how it would be handled.
