Terms of Use

A few practical terms for using the collections, tools, and information on KaomojiKit.

Using KaomojiKit

KaomojiKit provides a library of text expressions, small decorations, a generator, browser-stored favorites, search, and supporting guides. These terms describe the intended use of those features. The site does not provide accounts, subscriptions, or a payment flow. Features and content may change over time, and a suggestion or preview of a possible improvement does not create a commitment to a release date. Keep your own copy of any creation that matters to you.

Use the tools for ordinary messages, captions, personal notes, and other places that accept the text you choose. You remain responsible for the content you create, the context in which you use it, and the destination where you paste or share it. Read the result before sending, especially when the expression could make your words sound more intimate, sarcastic, or intense than you intended.

The library is a browsing aid

Categories, labels, and examples help you find plausible expressions for a mood, action, animal, or style. They are not authoritative translations of every face. People and communities may interpret the same characters differently. A crying face can express sadness or relief, and a wink can be playful or suggestive depending on the conversation.

The guides offer practical explanations about copying, editing, and display. They cannot determine how a recipient will interpret your message or how every destination will handle the characters. Use your own judgment about the relationship and the setting. When a plan, question, apology, or other important meaning needs to be clear, state it in ordinary words.

Copying does not control the receiving app

The copy action places the selected text on the clipboard when the browser permits it. You then choose where to paste and whether to send. A successful copy does not guarantee that the destination accepts every character, preserves spacing, or displays the expression with the same proportions. The destination’s font, field size, formatting rules, and restrictions remain outside this site’s control.

Check the pasted result before relying on it. A face may wrap, a backslash may be interpreted as formatting, or an unsupported character may appear as a box. A simpler variation can be a practical alternative. The length filters and counts are tools for comparing visible character groups here, not guarantees about another service’s limits or screen width.

Your creations and combinations

The generator lets you arrange characters, change parts, and combine expressions with your own words. Inspect the complete result before copying, saving, or sharing it. Random choices and presets are starting points rather than a promise that every resulting arrangement will have a clear meaning or work in every field.

Do not use the editor or sharing features to harass others, impersonate someone, distribute private information without permission, or create material that violates applicable requirements. A cute or playful visual style does not change the substance of a message. The same responsibility applies when you adapt an example sentence or combine a library expression with text from another source.

Rights in text and material from other sources

The site does not claim that the presence of a character or familiar expression gives you exclusive ownership of it. Text faces may be widely used, adapted, or independently assembled from common characters. At the same time, a larger composition, accompanying artwork, brand, written passage, or other material you add may involve rights that are separate from the small face itself.

Do not assume that a copied expression gives permission to reproduce an unrelated work or someone else’s content. If you plan to use a substantial collection, a branded design, or material in a commercial project, consider the rights relevant to that specific use. These tools do not provide an individualized rights review or a blanket permission covering third-party material.

Local storage is convenient, but not a permanent archive

Favorites, recent-copy history, and the working draft depend on storage in this browser on this device. They do not automatically follow you to another browser or computer. Browser cleanup, a changed profile, private browsing, or a device reset can affect availability. Do not use the local draft as the only copy of text you cannot afford to lose.

Export a collection or copy a finished creation when you want a separate record. Keep that file or text in a place you control. An earlier export does not automatically update when your collection changes, and clearing a browser list does not remove files already saved elsewhere. Check imports and keep the original file until you are satisfied with the restored collection.

Sharing a creation makes its contents available

A share link can let another person open an encoded creation. Anyone who receives the full link may be able to copy, alter, or forward its contents. Inspect the creation before sharing and leave out private conversation details or sensitive information. A link is a way to pass an arrangement along, not a private account or an access-controlled document.

A person opening the link can make their own changes. Do not assume that everyone who receives it will preserve your wording or interpret the face in the same way. Keep a copy of the exact text you intended to share if that version matters. The site does not control copies of links or exports after you distribute them through another service.

Sending feedback

The feedback form records messages for review by KaomojiKit. You can also contact contact@kaomojikit.com. A successful submission means the form accepted the record; it does not mean a person has already reviewed it or agreed to make a change. A response time or email reply is not guaranteed. Keep the receipt reference if you need to identify the submission in a later question, and avoid sending the same report repeatedly.

Submit focused, relevant feedback in your own words. Include only the information needed to describe the issue, such as the affected expression and a short sequence of actions. Do not send credentials, payment details, private transcripts, or unrelated personal records. If you suggest a label or feature, explain the intended improvement without assuming a commitment to implement it.

Availability, changes, and practical limits

The service can change as its features and content are developed. A route, entry, preset, or local storage format may be corrected or revised. The tools are intended to be useful, but no uninterrupted availability, permanent retention of local data, or universal compatibility is promised here. Keep independent copies of creations you want to preserve.

If something appears broken, avoid repeatedly submitting the same form or assuming that one success message proves every later stage worked. Check the visible result and use the guides or contact page for a focused report. Site availability can be affected by maintenance, service interruptions, browser restrictions, or a network problem. A message or creation kept only in browser storage should not be treated as a durable backup.

Privacy and services outside this site

The privacy page explains the differences between browser-local collections, search addresses, shared creations, and submitted feedback. Review it before putting personal information into a feature. The absence of a login does not mean that a page request or a form submission contains no information. Use a short neutral example when you can.

When you paste into another app, follow that app’s rules and privacy choices as well. KaomojiKit cannot change the way an outside service stores messages, displays characters, handles links, or enforces its own limits. A link from a guide or a choice to use a face elsewhere does not make the destination part of this site.

Questions about these terms

Use the contact page or email contact@kaomojikit.com if a term seems unclear or does not match the feature you are using. Identify the part you mean and the practical question you have. This is not an emergency service, and neither the form nor the email address provides a guaranteed response time. A short, focused question with the relevant page address is easier to review than repeated copies of the same message.

These terms describe the current tools and do not select a governing jurisdiction or promise particular legal remedies. Mandatory rights and requirements, where applicable, are not replaced by this description of the features. Review the published terms if the service or contact arrangements change, and retain your own records when they matter. The presence of a feedback form does not create a promise to resolve every report or implement every suggestion.
